In this training, our head trainer Brett will demonstrate different ways to incorporate resistance bands into your CoreFlex4D workouts, and a variety of exercises.
This training will add a variety of new exercises to your routine, as well as allow you to gradually increase the difficulty of your workouts, leading to better and bigger gains.
