We accept payments by Credit Card, PayPal, Google Pay and Shop Pay (Google Pay and Shop Pay will only be available to some countries). Credit Card payments can be made using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. All transactions are fully secure and encrypted for your safety.
At this time we do not accept personal checks, money orders, cash on delivery, or any other form of payment.
Our credit card service provider, Stripe, allows us to accept credit card payments, however, do note that there may be an international charge on your credit card if ordering outside of the US. We are unable to refund and exchange rate or international transaction charges.
If you have a discount code, please enter it in the Checkout page in the ‘Discount’ field and click on ‘Apply’. Please check the expiry date of your promotion code before using it, and if it is a personal discount code please make sure to use the same email address to which the code was issued. Please note that we do not allow for double discounts, meaning that you cannot use more than one discount code for the same purchase order, or use a discount code on an upsell offer.
A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified, and orders are normally shipped within 24 hours of the payment. Order cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours. For more details please refer to our Refund Policy
Exchange Rates:
Orders are processed in USD (even if the prices are displayed in your local currency, or you manually changed the currency display using the Currency Converter on the website) and converted to the currency of your payment method, with the exchange rate designated by it. If you want to know what the exchange rate is before you buy, please contact your credit card company or for general exchange rates please see http://www.xe.com/.
Price Changes:
The prices of the products will be as displayed on the Website. Prices may change from time to time, but changes will not affect any order which we have confirmed in the Order Confirmation. In addition, we offer special discounts and promotions occassionaly. Final price is locked only after payment is completed and an Order Confirmation message was sent (on the site or by email).
