I just received my Coreflex and I have to say I’m blow anyway at the control I have to focus on different aspects of my muscles through my core. I received the device super fast and was rolling out within the week. There are so many great workouts I didn’t think of, but the handy guide are detailed and helped me learn so new moves including using the slides/skids to do mountain climbers with my feet. So many more workouts I am building my core up to trying. Stay tuned for more success!
