I love my CoreFlex4D. So, no refund nope I’m keeping this baby.
It’s taken some getting used to but absolutely loving the core flex. For me, I have found that it allows me to to get into a more comfortable position for planks (I have wrist pain) and you have a flexibility to tweak out your planks.
Had a few rollers in the past this one kicks ass ! Strong construction dad bod shredded by the summer 4sure !!

I haven’t been to a gym since Covid happened. It was fine for a while because I suddenly had the time to cycle 2 hours a day and that kept me in shape. I had to change work locations and jobs and ended up in a situation where I am in different places different days of the week. I really couldn’t justify joining a gym where I’d only have access a few days a week. I’m old enough to the point where it eventually caught up to me, and the worst place it affected me was in my gut. My growing dadbod was really pissing me off. I had made a resolve that I was going to get in shape somehow, and a friend sent me a link for coreflex 4D. It looked like a good idea so I bought it on a Sunday morning. It showed up the next day and as soon as I began using it I felt a difference in my abs and in my chest.
I was really excited that because of the flexibility and the range of exercises with just this small lightweight piece of equipment, it feels like I have a whole host of machines at my disposal. I can do strength, endurance, and even cardio on any floor, even a carpeted one. Depending on how its used one can really exercise most of the body in a way that doesn’t strain the back like situps often can.
The added bonus is that it affected my posture in a positive way, causing me to strengthen the chest muscles and and sort of pull at my breastbone. I am a semi-professional singer, and within two days I was able to increase my range because of the stretches and flexibility and positive posture reinforcement the coreflex was giving me.
I decided to start taking it to work with me and using it throughout the day to keep my energy up and just give me more time with it.
Then I discovered an additional bonus that I’m sure none of the designers ever conceived of. One of my jobs is as an audio mixer. It involves sitting in the same place for hours on end, not really being able to move your upper body because you can’t leave the sweet spot. I realized that the handholds and forearm rests can also support my feet. By placing the coreflex on the floor as a sat in my mixing position, I could put the heel where the forearms would go and the front of my foot where the hands grip and just sort of swivel or pivot with the music. This enabled me to keep motion and circulation going when I was otherwise just sitting, and really helps me stay awake if I’m doing too much mouse clicking.
So in short the CoreFlex is now one of my best friends and companions. If I can’t go to a gym or have the space or budget for a bunch of home equipment, I feel this one piece of equipment is really going to get me closer to where I’d like to be.
