The AbsMaster connects to the floor by its extra large suction cup. For suctions cups to work, they must be connected to smooth surfaces in order to create the necessary suction. If your floor is not smooth enough (such as some wooden floors) or is rough (such as some concrete floors), apply the included removable floor stickers and connect the AbsMaster to them for the perfect connection. You may also connect it to smooth vertical surfaces such as wooden or glass doors, and use it the same way you would as if it was connected to the floor.
The AbsMaster will NOT connect to carpet or rubber mats/floors.

When connected to smooth surfaces or on the included floor stickers, the suction is extremely strong. 

Yes. They are specially designed to attach strongly to any flat surface and the AbsMaster will stay firmly in place when connected to the stickers. Just make sure the surface is cleaned before applying the stickers. 

The floor stickers can be removed and DO NOT DAMAGE any floor. The stickers are semi-reusable, meaning that once they are removed from the floor their ability to stick decreases, but they can still be used several times if their surface is clean. When reusing, it is recommended to make sure the connection to the floor is secure. Several stickers are provided with each AbsMaster so even if you need to remove them, you still have more to use. For best results we recommend to minimize removal and reuse, so we recommend placing the stickers in a place where you plan to regularly use your AbsMaster. If needed, additional stickers can be purchased.

The height is adjustable, so it is suitable for anybody.

The AbsMaster can be used for a very wide variety of exercises for the entire body. When paired with a resistance band, you can do even more exercises.  In the included user manual there are several exercise ideas, and we also send our customers sample excercise sets every once in a while.

Yes it will. When applied on smooth floors or on the included floor stickers the connection is very strong and will not move.

No it won't. It requires a smooth surface. If you have a carpeted floor or rubber flooring, you can connect it vertically to a door, cabinet, fridge, or any other smooth vertical surface. Please make sure to connect it to a stable surface without any loose items to avoid injury.
